What Types of Information Does Delmondo Collect From Me?
DELMONDO gathers the basic types of information through the Services that are described below, including data related to the type of device that you use (such as the IP address of a computer).
Personally Identifiable Information (PII). We collect PII from you through the Site such as your name and email address.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information (Non-PII). When you visit and interact with the Site or the Services, Delmondo and any third parties with whom Delmondo has contracted to provide services to Delmondo may collect Non-PII. Non-PII is generally collected through the Site from four different sources: environmental variables, cookies, pixel tags and other similar technologies and information that you voluntarily provide.
Data From Social Media Accounts. To use the Services, you will be required to authenticate your account with certain online third party services, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat and others (“Social Media Services”). By logging in or directly integrating these Social Media Services into the Services, Delmondo can capture the Social Media Information needed to track and report metrics on social media accounts that we enable users to view. In order to enable this functionality we will ask you to authenticate accounts for Social Media Services on the websites of their respective providers. You will provide your login information, like your password, directly to such Social Media Services, not to Delmondo. As part of such integration, Social Media Services will provide us with access to certain information that you have provided to such Social Media Services, and we will use, store and disclose such information in accordance with the Retention Period listed in this policy. The manner in which Social Media Services use, store and disclose your information is governed solely by the policies of such third parties, and Delmondo shall have no liability or responsibility for the privacy practices or other actions of any third party site or Services that may be enabled within the Services. In addition, Delmondo is not responsible for the accuracy, availability or reliability of any information, data, content, goods, opinions, advice or statements made available in connection with Social Media Services. As such, Delmondo is not liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Social Media Services (or Delmondo’s interpretation of such data). The integration or inclusion of such features does not imply an endorsement or recommendation of any particular Social Media Services.
Environmental Variables. We and our service providers may collect certain environmental variables, such as your MAC address, computer type (Windows or Macintosh), screen resolution, OS version, Internet browser, and Internet browser version. These environmental variables are collected by most browsers, and can be used to optimize your experience on the Site.
Pixel Tags. We and our service providers may also use so-called “pixel tags,” “web beacons,” “clear GIFs” or similar means (collectively, “Pixel Tags“) in connection with some Site pages and HTML-formatted e-mail messages to, among other things, compile aggregate statistics about Site usage and response rates. A Pixel Tag is an electronic image, often a single pixel (1×1), that is ordinarily not visible to Site visitors and may be associated with Cookies on the visitors’ hard drives. Pixel Tags allow us to count users who have visited certain pages of the Site, to deliver branded services, and to help determine the effectiveness of promotional or advertising campaigns. When used in HTML-formatted e-mail messages, Pixel Tags can tell the sender whether and when the e-mail has been opened.
Information That You Voluntarily Provide. Delmondo also collects Non-PII when you voluntarily provide such information to us. When such information is not combined with any PII, such information is considered to be Non-PII, as it does not personally identify you or any other user. Additionally, we may aggregate PII in a manner such that the end-product does not personally identify you or any other user of the Site, for example, by using PII to calculate the percentage of users who live in a particular region. Such aggregate information is considered Non-PII for purposes of this Policy.
IP Addresses. When you visit and interact with the Site, Delmondo and third parties with whom Delmondo has contracted to provide services to Delmondo may collect IP Addresses. Your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address is a number that is automatically assigned to the computer that you are using by your Internet Site Provider (“ISP”). This number is identified and logged automatically in our server log files whenever you visit the Site, along with the date(s) and time(s) of your visit(s) and the page(s) that you visited.
How Does Delmondo Use Information Collected From Me?
Personally Identifiable Information. We may use PII about you in the following ways:
Fulfillment of Requests. Delmondo may use PII about you to fulfill the purpose for which such PII was provided (e.g., to send product information to you, provide better platform customer support or fulfill your purchase).
Administrative Communications. From time to time, in our sole discretion, we may use PII about you to send to you important information regarding the Site, changes to our terms, conditions, and policies or other administrative information. Because this information may be important to your use of the Site, you may not opt-out of receiving such communications.
Other Communications. We may use PII about you to inform you of products, programs, services, special deals, promotions and newsletters that we believe may be of interest to you.
Internal Business Purposes. We may also use PII about you for our internal business purposes, such as data analysis, audits and so forth.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information. Because Non-PII does not personally identify you, we may use such information for any purpose. In addition, we reserve the right to share such Non‑PII, which does not personally identify you, with Affiliated Entities and other third parties, for any purpose. In some instances, we may combine Non-PII with PII (such as embedding e-mail addresses in cookies). If we do combine any Non-PII with PII, the combined information will be treated by us as PII hereunder as long as it is so combined.
Data from Social Media Services. We may aggregate and anonymize user social media data captured to create and report metrics for our business use.
IP Addresses. We use your IP address, and the IP addresses of all users, for all purposes listed above, as well as for purposes such as calculating Site usage levels, helping diagnose server problems, providing better service to users of the Site, customizing the Site based on your preferences, compiling and analyzing statistics and trends, and otherwise administering and improving the Site for your use. Collecting IP addresses is standard practice on the Internet and is done automatically by many web sites. Please note that we treat IP Addresses, server log files and related information as Non-PII, unless required to do otherwise under applicable law.
How Is Personally Identifiable Information Disclosed?
Third-Party Service Providers. We work with third parties who provide services which may include, but not limited to, data analysis, payment processing, order fulfillment and other services of an administrative nature. We reserve the right to share PII about you with such third parties for the purpose of enabling these third parties to provide such services.
Assignment. We reserve the right to transfer any and all information that we collect from Site users to an Affiliated Entity or a third party in the event of any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of Delmondo’s business, assets or stock (including without limitation in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings).
Law Enforcement; Emergencies; Compliance. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Policy to the contrary, we reserve the right to disclose PII about you to others as we believe to be appropriate (a) under applicable law; (b) to comply with legal process; (c) to respond to governmental requests; (d) to enforce our Terms of Service; (e) to protect our operations or those of any Affiliated Entities; (f) to protect the rights, privacy, safety or property of Delmondo, the Affiliated Entities, you or others; and (g) to permit us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain. For example, we may, to the fullest extent the law allows, disclose PII about you to law enforcement agencies to assist them in identifying individuals who have been or may be engaged in unlawful activities.

Such requests should be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org, or the following mailing address: Delmondo, LLC, 1460 Broadway.
